About:

Chad - At a young age Chad developed a passion for horses. Chad started out trail riding and enjoyed any time he could get in the saddle. During Chad’s high school years he was a member and competed in the ORCHA (Ohio Reined Cow Horse Association) and was a member of the NRCHA as well. Most Sunday afternoon’s Chad was on his horse chasing cows or buffalo around the arena working on his cow skills while being coached by a trainer that he worked with. The following year, after graduating from high school, Chad had the opportunity to attend a three-week Apprenticeship clinic in Douglas, Wyoming with Ken McNabb Horsemanship. After the clinic Chad realized even more that his passion for horses was something that he wanted to develop, so when Ken McNabb offered Chad the opportunity to move to Wyoming and intern with him, Chad accepted the offer and moved from Ohio to Wyoming. During the two years that Chad interned with Ken he had the opportunity to experience ranch life and learn about true horsemanship. Chad has started colts, roped at brandings and worked cattle; he assisted Ken on the Beartooth Mountains tending the horses and camp; has assisted Ken with his clinics and on the road; and trained horses that have sold at the Diamond-McNabb annual horse sale in Douglas, Wyoming. Chad has had the opportunity to meet and ride with other well know trainers and clinicians in the industry. In the spring of 2015 Chad received his Ken McNabb Certified Master Trainer level.

Christiana - Christiana grew up with horses in Hawaii riding every chance she could. She participated in the United States Pony Club from an early age, riding a wide variety of horses. Being involved with Pony Club she had the opportunity to learn, ride, and show in the English world. She also had the opportunity to travel and ride with some very talented and knowledgeable horsemen and women. When Christiana was 15 she spent the summer in Wyoming interning for Ken McNabb. After that summer she moved to Wyoming and continued to work for the McNabbs. She spent five years working for Ken McNabb Horsemanship going on the road with Ken to expos and various clinics around the country. Working in the office, she also learned many skills within the business aspects of a working ranch and horse training business through dealing with paperwork and running the social media and some marketing. Christiana has had the experience of training numerous horses, working with students, and was head wrangler for Ken on his mountain pack trips. Christiana received her Ken McNabb Certified Master Trainer level while working for Ken.
